The <svelte:head> element allows you to insert elements inside the <head> of your document:

	<link rel="stylesheet" href="tutorial/dark-theme.css">
</svelte:head>

In server-side rendering (SSR) mode, contents of <svelte:head> are returned separately from the rest of your HTML.
